At Abraxas we take your privacy seriously and understand your concerns regarding the right to control your personal information submitted through the Abraxas website. The type of information we collect

Abraxas collects personal information (including, but not limited to, name, address, email, and phone number) as well as aggregate information (such as how users access the website). If you choose to use the Contact Us function on the website you will be asked for general information regarding you and/or your company. This information is used to help us understand who you are and the best person to contact you from within Abraxas. We may also collect more detailed information if you choose to use the comment section within the Contact Us function.

You may also submit your resume via email. This information will be reviewed by our Human Resource department staff. If positions are not available at the time of submission Abraxas will file your resume for at least one year so that we may review it for future opportunities.

Abraxas will never knowingly collect information from children. If it is found that information is collected from a child, that user would be notified that their information cannot be accepted, and that information would be removed from our records.

How we may use the information that is collected

Abraxas, together with its affiliates, are the sole owners of information that is collected through the website. At Abraxas we only collect the personal information that you directly and voluntarily provide to us through the Contact Us form or via email.

Transparent PNG files, or pixels, are clear graphic images which enable certain functions within our website. These gather the same types of information that cookies would as well, and are used as part of third party tracking service which provides anonymous information regarding site usage.

Web logs are also used to recognize returning users to enhance the web site content. These logs are used to track number of times the page is visited by the same user.

Abraxas is using remarketing to provide targeted ad messages to people who have visited our website. We are not accessing any personally identifiable information about these users and do not re-use or re-sell the data to anyone. Google and other third-party advertising vendors utilize a technology called a cookie to serve up Abraxas ads on other sites you visit after visiting the Abraxas site. The cookie is connected to your computer’s IP address and does not contain any personal information.
